We take pride in creating keepsakes for all the 'Saints' in your life: family, loved ones, pets, etc. Our products are made to order and we strive to get our candles out to you as quickly as possible.
If you need your candle(s) by a specific date, please let us know BEFORE you place your order, to see if we can accommodate you!
***IMPORTANT***
From time to time there might be a glitch with the process of uploading your photo or it may not work will with the item you purchased and we will contact you to inform you of this.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We sincerely want each and every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us within 72 hours from the time you receive your item if you are not satisfied for any reason.
PERSONALIZED CANDLE POLICY
All sales are final for customized or personalized items.
Please double check your personalization - We copy and paste so your order will be made as it is written.
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect personalization, please let us know within 72 Hours of Delivery. Please email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with a description to qualify for a free replacement. We will ship you a replacement ASAP.
QUESTION: What do I do if I place an order and then need to cancel or get a refund because I changed my mind and the order has NOT shipped yet?
Answer: Please send us a message and request to cancel/refund your order. If it’s a timing issue, you can always ask us if we can get something to you sooner! Doesn’t hurt to ask! We will let you know if it’s possible and what our options are.
SHIPPING
HOW LONG TO SHIP - Current production time is approximately 1 week provided there are no questions regarding style, color, mailing address, or other delay due to additional communication between seller and buyer. PHOTO ITEMS: If we do not have your photo we cannot complete your order. Please send us your photos after purchase. :)
SHIP TO - We ship to the address provided to us when you complete your purchase. If you have multiple addresses on accounts please do confirm your order has the address to which you want the package to ship. If you need the package to go to a different address than you submitted with your order, please include that address in comments at check-out.* Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you Will be Responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you.
GIFTS: Shipping:
***Purchasing multiple items, on one order, all going to the SAME address, is fine! :) If you would like gifts to be shipped to different addresses, you will need to please place and order for each gift going to a different address. Thank you!
WHERE WE SHIP - United States, Canada, and Australia
SHIPPING CARRIER - The US postal service is our primary carrier. We ship via First Class Mail which generally takes 2-5 days to reach you.
You will receive a delivery confirmation number for US orders. All non-USA destination orders are shipped via the US Postal Service for which there is no delivery confirmation.
*Please note: WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR HANDS. We will do our best to get them out on time and will provide you with the Tracking number.
Once the order has shown delivered, by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen items. Please contact USPS if you item shows delivered and it is missing. They would be your first step in finding your item.
Please be patient, as international shipment may take as little as 5 days from the time it leaves our studio or as long as several weeks on rare occasions. Please be patient. Delays are to be expected during higher-volume mailing periods, such as the Christmas shopping season.
IMPORT FEES/CUSTOMS DUTIES are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not collect any import or customs fees when sending packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of import/delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are your responsibility. For additional information, please direct questions to your local customs agency before you make a purchase. I ship internationally only by USPS to avoid large brokerage charges on the receiving end.Customers in the EU please note: packages with a value of over 22 Euros ($30 USD) may incur an administrative fee of nearly half of the total value from the postal service. Please check with your local Post Office/Customs Office for an estimate on these charges before you make a purchase.

Please keep in mind that everything seen here is made to order and we will do our best to get it made and shipped out in a timely manner. If your item(s) are needed by a certain date, please let us know before ordering to see if we can accommodate your request. We do offer a "Rush My Order" option that can be purchased for an additional charge. Please message us for details.
IMAGES FOR CUSTOM ITEMS - Images submitted to us for use in custom items are the responsibility of the customer with regard to legal usage rights of said images.
PUBLIC FEEDBACK/RATINGS: If you feel that your purchase is substandard or if you have any other negative experience with your purchase/transaction PLEASE contact us PRIOR TO posting a public review so that we can resolve the issue.
HANDMADE - All of the items for sale in our shop are handmade by me and a few helpers (my husband and children) and are proudly constructed in my smoke-free environment with great care. We do take utmost pride in our work and will not take short-cuts that lessen the quality of our designs and workmanship.

CARE - Caring for your jewelry items from Now That's Personal: Our jewelry is handcrafted from quality Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver or Silver Plated findings that may require occasional gentle polishing. We recommend using an inexpensive Silver polishing cloth which can easily be found in most home goods or grocery stores.
Costume jewelry tarnishes when exposed to, water, moisture, oils, salts and acids.
- Thoroughly wipe jewelry with a soft, clean cloth when you remove it to remove any oil, salt or acids from your skin and to dry the piece.
- Store jewelry in a soft cloth bag or jewelry box with a moisture-absorbing product like the small silica packets that come with suitcases and shoes. If you don't have those,thoroughly dry the jewelry , then seal it into a ziplock plastic bag for storage.
- Dry your hands before handling, or putting on Costume jewelry.. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, and exercising. Avoid contact with excessive perfumes, lotions, soaps, cleaning products.
**Minor tarnish can be buffed off with a soft cloth, but cleaning heavy tarnish on costume jewelry may also remove some gold or silver plating.
Most Costume jewelry isn’t meant to be worn on a daily basis. Therefore, if you do wear it frequently, you might notice discoloration.It will also look better and last longer if you wear it only on occasion.
Our jewelry is WATER-RESISTANT but NOT WATERPROOF! Please remove before showering, swimming, or washing dishes. (bracelets)
Clean by wiping with a soft cloth. Do NOT wash with any chemicals.
