We are a small, family-run operation. None of our candles are pre-printed or warehoused, nor do we use a print service. Please expect a 7-10 day turn around, on average, for most orders...custom designs may take a few days longer. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Due to COVID-19, regular USPS shipping times may be extended.
